When will you ship my order?

Our goal is that you receive your My Little Necklace order as soon as possible. We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

What does "process my order" mean?

Processing your order includes creating your necklace, printing the shipping label, and packaging your order.
Processing takes place during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
It may take 5 to 9 business days to process your order.

Can I modify my order?

You have until 7:00 pm GMT, on the same day you place your order to contact us.

If you place your order  after 8:00pm GMT, you have until 7:00pm GMT the following day (of placing your order) to contact us.

We will not be able to process any modification requests after this period.

Modification requests / changes cannot be guaranteed, however will be attempted. 

Only requests confirmed by our customer service team will be taken into account. 

When does my tracking number show updates on my package?

Once your package is acquired by the carrier, he is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package. This is when your shipping times begin and your tracking information will be updated by the carrier when your package arrives at your address.
Holidays and weekends may affect the processing times for My Little Necklace as well as the shipping times for carriers.
