How to track my order?

At My Little Necklace, all our packages are delivered with a tracking number so that you know where your order is at all times!

Once your package is on its way to you, our logistics team will send you an email with your tracking number.
You will only have to click on the "Track my package" button and voila

My tracking number does not work. What should I do?

Once your package has been sent to your carrier, all you have to do is wait for your order. According to the carriers, the code can be active within 24 to 72 working hours (Monday to Friday) outside school holidays or exceptional events (strikes, Covid-19 ...).
Come back to your link within 3 to 5 days, if it is still not active, then we invite you to contact us.

I haven't received my email with my tracking number. What should I do?

Everything is fine! First of all, we invite you to consult our page concerning the processing times of packages and our delivery times.
It may simply be that your package is not yet gone, but it will be soon.

It's been more than 10 working days (Monday to Friday) that you haven't heard from? Remember to check your spam folder, your email may have been hidden there.
