How to track my order?

At My Little Necklace, all our packages are shipped to with a tracking number so that you know where your order is at all times!

Once your package is on its way to you, our logistics team will send you an email with your tracking number.
You will only have to click on the "Track my package" button and voila

My tracking number does not work. What should I do?

Once your package has been sent to your carrier, all you have to do is wait for your order. According to the carriers, the code can be active within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). Please note external events such as school holidays or exceptional events (strikes, Covid-19 ...) may impact this timeframe.
Come back to the same link within 3 to 5 days, if it is still not active, please contact us, our team will be happy to assist you.


I haven't received my tracking number by email. What should I do?

Everything is fine! First of all, we invite you to consult our page concerning the processing times of packages and our delivery times.
It may simply be that your package is not yet ready for shipping, but it will be soon.

It's been more than 10 working days (Monday to Friday) that you haven't heard from us? Remember to check your spam folder, your email may be hidden there.
