My product is damaged/defective, how do I return it?

In the unlikely event that your item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

In order to replace or refund the item, we will need:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage / defects
  • A photo of the damaged / defective area
Once all the information has been received, our support staff will give you further instructions.
